During the past several months, we have been reviewing and evaluating all of our Learning @ Cisco Programs in light of changing policies and procedures. The changes we are making to the Loyalty Program are being made to align to and comply with recent changes to Cisco policies related to this Program.
Here is the timeline and key documents to help you understand the changes:
Approved customers in the Cisco Customer Loyalty program are eligible to receive loyalty points based on quarterly purchases of Cisco products and services. Customers use loyalty points to develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap for their business.
If you'd like to nominate your customer for Cisco Customer Loyalty, please engage with the appropriate Cisco Account Manager or Cisco Account Team to support your customer's nomination.
Rewards you with loyalty points redeemable for valuable learning rewards. These points accumulate quarterly, and are based on the customer's quarterly purchases of products and services with Cisco.
